Always Remember Me;
How One Family Survived World War 11
Rachel's grandmother - her Oma - has two picture albums; one of happy times from before World War II when she and her daughters were living normal lives in Germany and the other of sadder times when their life in Germany was destroyed by the Nazis' rise to power. Usually, Oma closes the other album when she gets to the sad part. But today she decides Rachel is old enough to learn about what they endured and how the power of her Jewish family's love gave them the strength to survive.

The book introduces the Holocaust in a simple but factual narrative that can be easily understood by youngsters who have no knowledge of World War II...This offering answers the need for appropriate Holocaust literature for young children and should be considered a first purchase.
